Just Run

"If you run, you are a runner. It doesn’t matter how fast or how far. It doesn’t matter if today is your first day or if you’ve been running for twenty years. There is no test to pass, no license to earn, no membership card to get. You just run.” John Bingham.

Running is one of the most popular and practiced sports worldwide.

Since I started running my life improved considerably and I attained an overall state of well-being.

My first run was less than 1k and I continued to run every day for 45 days until I ran 5k daily.

I have run more than 550 miles until today and I’ll continue to run longer, faster and stronger until I will be able to do it, hopefully for my entire life.

Running changed my life and it makes me feel alive.

It doesn’t matter if you’re running, jogging or walking for fitness, the most important thing is to start doing one of them and repeat.

After working out regularly , exercise will make you feel better. Running makes you happier, stronger, adds years to your life and you will gain inner peace.
